Qa Logan Utah
Question by Farrah: Logan, Utah?
Well..my family might move to Logan, Utah, and everyone at school says it’s really stupid and boring….but they’re never even been there. And Utah could say the same about where I live. Anyways….I was wondering if any of you actually live there…what are the people like? Everyone’s telling me different things….like they’re hillbillies. @_@ Is it a good place for a 13 year old? I don’t want to be bored out of my mind and stare at trees all day or anything…….but I would like some people to tell me what it’s like there if you live/have lived/or been there before.
Thanks:)

I don’t live there, but I have been there several times. There are slightly more than 40,000 people that live there, but the area is really growing. I have many friends who go to school at Utah State University … it kind of has the feel of a college town, it is also a fairly conservative area with agriculture in the area.
I quite like it there. As far as what to do….Logan is not too far from Bear Lake, which is great for boating, waterskiing, etc. There are plenty of outdoor activities in the surrounding mountains.
They have a company there that builds amusement park rides and sometimes the locals get to try them out.
Logan is relatively close to other areas Ogden and Salt Lake City as well.
